   Design, Engineering & Permits

   We coordinate plans, structural engineering and city submittals so you are not chasing paperwork.

   Selections & Scheduling

   You choose finishes while permits are in review, and we lock in the schedule and long-lead orders.

   Demolition & Structure

   The site is protected, then opened up. Foundation, framing and structural work come first.

   Rough-In Systems

   Plumbing, electrical and mechanical work is installed inside the walls and inspected before anything is closed up.

   Finishes

   Tile, cabinets, flooring, paint and fixtures go in. This is where the project starts to look like your design.
