How The Reward Works

The $300 reward is paid to the referrer after the referred homeowner signs a construction contract with 1 Smart Build, Inc. for a project of $15,000 or more, and the project has started.
The referred homeowner must be a new customer who has not contacted 1 Smart Build in the previous 12 months, and must be named on the referral before their first contact with us.
One reward per referred household. If two people refer the same homeowner, the first referral we received earns the reward.
Rewards are paid by check or electronic transfer within 30 days of the project start date. Rewards of $600 or more in a calendar year are reported on IRS Form 1099.
Referrers are not agents, employees or representatives of 1 Smart Build and may not make promises about pricing, scheduling or scope. Only our written proposal sets the terms of any project.
If you share a link or recommend us publicly, you must disclose that you may receive a referral reward, for example: "I may earn a referral reward if you hire them."
