WHAT WE RAN INTO
There is no street frontage on a walk street, so every delivery came down a pedestrian path. We staged materials on a day-by-day basis and used a compact crane from the alley for the heavy sets, which kept the neighbors' access open the whole time.
THE RESULT
A rebuilt beach house with coastal-rated openings and no equipment ever parked on the walk street.
