SCOPE OF WORK

WHAT WE RAN INTO
Original knob-and-tube wiring was still live in two walls, and the existing 100 amp panel could not carry a modern kitchen. Both were found in the first week of demo and priced before we went any further.
THE RESULT
One open room across the whole rear of the house, with the beam hidden in the ceiling and no dropped soffit.
