WHAT WE RAN INTO
Demo exposed an old abandoned gravity furnace duct in the floor cavity exactly where the new island wiring needed to run. We removed the duct, patched the subfloor and re-routed the circuits in the same week, keeping the schedule intact.
THE RESULT
An open, working kitchen in eight weeks with no change orders on the finish scope.
