WHAT WE RAN INTO
Grading export limits and haul-route approvals shaped the entire design. We reworked the pad and basement levels to balance cut and fill on site, which cut export volume enough to keep the project inside the ordinance limits.
THE RESULT
A finished view-lot home delivered on an engineered foundation system, with the site work and structure permitted by one team from start to finish.
