WHAT WE RAN INTO
The existing home had to come down before the split could be finalized, and the owners needed somewhere to live. We sequenced demolition, the split and the first build so they moved directly into the new front home.
THE RESULT
Two separately deeded homes where there was one, with the owners living in one and renting the other.
